I have this Sony Xperia z1 conpact that was completely destroyed. I got new screens and chassis and rebuilt the phone only to get this issue.

I have this Sony Xperia z1 conpact that was completely destroyed. I got new screens and chassis and rebuilt the phone only to get this issue. I attached a picture of the old chassis to get a rough idea of the impact for the compact.
The phone shows no sign of life other than a clicking noise made when it's plugged in. I attached a video.
I'm hoping this is a common issue & fix. All help is appreciated. Thanks.
