"Stuck horn and parking lights" için geçmiş bilgisi

Hello, my 1994 Honda Accord coupe has a stuck horn. I have removed the horn wires for now.checked the fuse and relay, also the horn switch, everything looks good but horn is still stuck. After opening the airbag column, now my parking light stays on even tho the car is off. It stays on unless I remove the negative terminal of the battery.  Please help
