MacBook Pro 15" Mid 2015 - Screen Hinge super stiff

Can anybody help me to solve this issue on my Macbook Pro? To open it I must apply a lot of strength and the lid won't open up without lifting the base (can see at 0:09 seconds at the video). It seems that the screen hinges are really tight. Also there is this sticky sound that seems like the rubbers along the screen are sticking to the body (noise happens at 0:06 at the video below).
