If they don't look the same, you probably have bought parts for the wrong model.

Contact the support for the seller and tell them your problem and hopefully, they will be able to help you solve the problem by allowing you to change to the correct part. I can't guarantee this is possible but I would give it a try, depending on the seller it may very well be possible.
