I got an iBook G4 12" 1.33 GHz handed down to me and was told "it won't power on anymore!".
I found out why when I opened the bottom case. I saw a dangling connector with a loose blue wire and a white wire attached to the connector. The socket looks good so far. Maybe I can test that with a flat-head screwdriver later.
Presuming a realistic possibility, how can I restore the blue wire?
