The unit plays records too fast.

The unit works well. The only problem is it plays records too fast. It sound like chipmunks voices. I made sure to select the 33 option. I took off the motor cover but could not identify the adjusting screws of the motor speed.

Attached is a picture of the motor bottom cover.
