My CP4025 printer does not print yellow. The yellow cartidge is a working one. I managed to confirm this by switching the yellow cartridge with a known working cartiridge but the printer still did not print with the other cartridge. It look like there is something wrong with the place of the yellow cartridge of the printer.
Can you please help me to resolve the issue?
