How do I get the back cover off? It has no screws.

I cannot open my iphone 3g Model A1203 8g. Aluminum back with black plastic near recharge end. How can I open this iphone to replace battery?

Useless vid; my phone has no screws either. i guess Apple only built two 3Gs with no apparent screws ;)
