No Sound Device accidntally deleted
I think i have accidentally deleted my sound device on my laptop as there is no audio for anyhting and cant control sound as there is no device there

Kirsty, I don't think you deleted your sound device :-) You may have deleted the driver for your device. since you did not give us the information about what OS you have, I suggest you get your audio driver from here. Download it and install, then re-evaluate. Hope this helps, good luck.
