I replace my screen and now my iPhone 4 won't charge!

I replaced the screen on my iphone 4 and now it won't charge! The battery worked fine before I replaced the screen, so i believe that it may be a connection problem. Not sure though. Any suggestions on what to do?

Re-check your work. Carefully reconnect charging dock flex cable, carefully reconnect battery.

If Brad's answer doesn't work try restoring your phone. You don't have to do that in iTunes if you have iOS 5.0.
