The steering wheel shakes and vibrate when brakeing
The tires are balanced also no wear in tread pattern why dose my steering wheel shake while brakeing at high speed

That's an easy one, your front brake rotors need to be (turned), its a term used for a way to make your brake rotors perfectly flat again in a machine shop, they are slightly warped so when you apply brakes the high spots on the rotor grabs stronger than the low spots causing a pulsating feeling, its real common, if you could remove the rotors yourself it would cost around $30.00 to fix it, a shop will want I'm guessing $200.00, if you have no knowledge in this field and want to learn you can buy a shop manual for around $10.00 that will give you step by step instructions to do this yourself except for the machine shop work, good luck.

Pulsating in the brake pedal means warped rotors. Your steering wheel won't vibrate much with warped rotors, although maybe a little. If the steering wheel vibrates, it means you have worn front end components, usually tie rods and ball joints, although it could also be a steering dampner as well as shocks. It's a good practice to check out your front end and get annual wheel alignments to catch any sloppiness.

Definitely start with the rotors. Do not forget to check for excessive play in your steering and suspension, those could amplify warped rotors.Check to make sure that your stering rack end bushing is not wore out, as well as check your tie rods and ball joints.

In my case, upon close inspection, the tie rod ends and bushings were worn out, completely. I also found that the ball joints also needed replacement. Everyone kept talking about the rotors being bad. Nope. I knew it was a different kind of shake. The whole front end would shake back and forth upon braking. Normally with warped rotors you will feel the brake pedal pulsing and feel the shake come through the steering wheel. The worse the rotors warp the more the pulsing and shaking. Mine was more of a side to side shaking. I checked the wheel bearings first. I jacked up the passenger side of the truck and turned the wheel side to side as well as checking for excessive movement top to bottom. With each movement of the wheel and tire you could see all of the play in the bushings and joints. I replaced the complete tie rod and ends as well as the ball joints. Then I proceeded to replace both the pitman arm and bushing as well as the idler arm and bushing. Basically, I have a whole new front end less the steering box. The rotors and wheel bearings checked out to be just fine.

If you believe the rotors are warped, I owned a 2000 Toyota Tundra, had the rotors turned and after a short period of time shaking again. Toyota dealer wanted over $400 to repair/replace...Had my mechanic replace with after market rotors for $120...no problem......

Don't forget to check the torque on the lug nuts. If they were tightened down using an impact gun it could distort the rim to the disc seating.
