My boyfried gave me gift of MacBook Pro (2010) laptop and from very first moment i ever powered up or turned it on all it will do or ask for is screen saying: "Enter your system lock PIN code to unlock this Mac". Please Help!

This could be a "Find My Mac issue". I'm not too familiar with how it works, but from what I've read, it seems if you lose your Mac it can be locked it or erased. This one's apparently been locked. The code is the one entered when it was locked using iCloud.
If your boyfriend claims to have locked it talk to him. In fact you might want to talk to him anyway because if you're holding a stolen Mac and it "phones home" you could be charged as receiving stolen property or accessory to a crime.
Since this has been locked by Apple, contact them for help....No amount of fiddling around will help here.

How was the diving in Ecuador? I'm looking at retiring down there in the mountains but don't know if I could do any Mac business there.
It was FANTASTIC - but I dove the Galapagos Islands - not offshore or inland. Do you dive? I really couldn't say about Mac Business - there certainly are some around, but where you end up (population and economics) would have a big impact. Off to the Turks and Caicos Islands, in Jan. then down to the Silver Banks to, hopefully, snorkel with Atlantic Humpback whales.

Got certified in '73 then advanced open water in'75. Been all over the Caribbean down to Roatan, when I had money. I am looking at Ecuadorian mountains to semi-retire, but still need to make a living. Shipping charges might prohib it there. Looks like diving may still be an option at 70.
I dove with 70yr olds in May on the Caribbean Explorer II St. Maartin->St. Kitts Nevis. I am going with them to Indonesia June of '16 they are celebrating their 50thWedding anniversary and a birthday. I told them they are my hero's diving at that age. They are slow, but still enjoying life. Your health determines if you're fit enough to dive, being alert and in control on ascent. The most rigorous part of most dives is getting back on the boat - though there was strong enough current at one site for all but two to cancel a dive.
Yes shipping will be a problem I sold my Atomic fins with spring straps to the DM on the Galapagos Aggressor as he couldn't reliably get things shipped to him.

It locks the macbook for 60 min
This is how its done:
It works on Mac OS X Lion only.
1. Launch the Terminal application on you Mac. Then run the following sequence of commands (one at a time):
sudo su
dscl . -delete /Groups/admin GroupMembership yourAccountNameHere
dscl . -delete /Users/yourAccountNameHere
2. Now reboot your Mac into single-user mode by holding Command-S at startup.
3. Once booted into single-user mode, run the following sequence of commands (one at a time):
/sbin/fsck -fy
/sbin/mount -uw /
rm -R /Users/yourAccountNameHere
cd /var/db/
mv .AppleSetupDone .RunLanguageChooserToo
rm -R /Library/Caches/*
rm -R /System/Library/Caches/*
rm -R /var/vm/swapfile*
reboot
Your Mac will reboot to the start of the initial Apple Setup program just like when you first powered it on after purchase. All clean and ready to sell or give to a new user.

If the machine is locked how do you access Terminal app? (step 1).
