Do not know Admin password?
My sons laptop has a admin password on it and nobody knows what it is so unable to update/delete etc? Can anyone help? Thanks

If your son's laptop is based on Windows I can help you. You said that the administrator password was forgotten. In this case, I suggest you to refer to a third-party tool. Here I have a good one for you-Windows Password Key. Follow the steps below:
1. Download Windows Password Key, install and launch it on another available PC. Inset a USB flash drive into it. Click "Burn".
2. Insert the newly created USB drive to the locked computer. Set USB drive as the first boot device in BIOS setup. This computer will reboot.
3. Reset the Windows password with the burned USB.
