i juste change my ipod 4th gen screen and the screen stay black it do not turn on after a restore but the sound when i plug it is still working somebody told me its the alimentation of the screen but i m not sure so what do i do ?
do i need to change againe the screen or trut the guy and look for the alimentation things an how do you replace it ?

Check that you have the LCD connector propobly seed and just check that none of the little connectors got damaged
