Mini usb spoiled due to poorly plugging
Well, i lend my friend the controller.
and he not taking care of it and spoiled the mini usb.
it cant be charged but all buttons remain can be use

ng kai wei, follow this guide to remove the logic board. Then unsolder the USB port and replace it. Once you have it out, you may have to try places like mouser.com or digikey.com to find a replacement.

i see no guide on your comment, and im from malaysia, can i have the spec of the usb so i can find it local at malaysia? thanks
sorry about that here it is DualShock 3 Motherboard Replacement as for the dimensions, it might work if you measure it right of the board
thanks for the guide, but recently i bought a new mini usb. when i want solder it, i see the usb and the usb i bought is a different stuff. well thats was awkward..
