What is the Software that we can use on that power Mac g5 A1047 because i bought a new one but it just showes me a question mark when i turned it on and monitor that so i just would like to know what type of system that can be used on it

Depends on the age of the machine...The first Power Macintosh G5 models shipped with a custom version of MacOS X 10.2.7, later shipped with MacOS X 10.3, and the last models shipped with MacOS X 10.4 "Tiger". They will not boot into OS 9, but can run 9 apps via classic.

I just want to have any software on it for right now because i dont have any access to it and it only shows me that question mark which i think it is trying to tell me that there is no software installed on it
Yes the "?" means no boot volume found. You might have no HD, a Damaged HD or and HD with no/wrong OS system folder on it. You could start from any external drive with OS X 10.5.8 or less installed on it. - For future reference you posted a comment in the place where only Answers belong.
