Please help me find this MBP SMD ceramic capacitor!

The brownish yellow receptacle on my mobo overheated, highlighted by the red arrow in the picture above.

1. Is this a SMD ceramic capacitor?

2. What are the values? Package size??

3. Can you suggest any reliable places where I can order this receptacle?

I've been working on this for about a year now. I ordered some parts online previously, but the sizes were all wrong. Any help would be very much appreciated.
