Why printer doesn't pick up paper?
My printer model is:

Try to look into the printer, where the paper is "grabbed". It should be grabbed by 2 plastic wheels. If they are dirty and have dust on, they cannot make grip on the paper. Try to clean them.

Correct over time the paper dust coats the rollers so they just don't grab also the rubber can also dry out. First try some Isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab (Q-Tip) to wipe the rollers if that don't help you'll need a rubber reconditioner to recondition the rubber like this one Max Pro Rubber Rejuvenator you'll need to spray it into the a cup and then use a cotton swab to wipe the roller (don't spray it into the printer or you'll make a big mess).
I`m still using the original toner but have had frustrations with the printer failing to pick up paper. Finally I found this website and did the following, with success!
Took out the toner assembly and used a water dampened cotton bud to wipe the central rubber covered wheel in the middle of the paper path. It needed a bit of finger force to turn it to enable the whole surface could be wiped. Put it back together and it immediately worked!

Am having a problem with my printer(epson L565) the holder of the paper roll its up and it supposed to be down ,so when i put in the paper they not on same level they like sitting as isn't triangle please help,
What should i do for the roller holder to be down not up?

I have EPSON L310 Printer. Which is showing the paper jam option. But there is no paper in printer. My printer is not pulling down the paper.
