Apple Hardware Test error 4SNS/1/40000000:IC0R-10.996

I got this on MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Late 2012, what is this error for? what should i do. The problem I am having is that it turns my book really really slow, showing that the kernel task is taking 100% of the CPU
