I have the same problem as well as not being able to open files. The main answer is that the device is not recognizing the memory card. I can't figure out why. When the tablet starts up, it recognizes the card. The load card option does not work. The card itself has been wiped clean and the tablet says so. I did not wipe it clean. I've removed and reinserted the card. Turned the tablet off and on. Nothing works. I last remember being able to use the camera as well as open pdf and other files before a virus software update.
