Minecraft wont run on window 8.1

Minecraft wont run, it is to do with the pixels tho, Microsfot and other resoures in Google recommend to update the Videos CARD Drivers to the latest, which they are already , also gone thru compatibility to XP , windows 7 ect , still dropping App does rung to main windows however on the main Display SCreen consol to the game, when Errors keep coming up and gets dropped out. I do know I can downgrade to Windows 7 but am trying not to do so since I do like Windows 8.1

let me know if any Clue on how to resolve this Issue
