my computer does not recodnise any usb flash i do not know what is happing. the sitelite C850-F22R i do not know what is OS but i bought the computer in 2012 brand new from incredible connection

Seems like USB ports are damaged or may be drivers are missing. try updating the USB drivers.

does it recognize anything being plugged into the USB ports? When you say "usb flash" are you referring to USB drives?
