i removed hard drive from dell pc which is hdd password protected and tried to use as my external hard drive but when i connect to my pc by using enclosure and open disk management the hdd its unllocated which i can fix that but first it gave me an error...i have attach some pictures.....
when i choose between MBR or GPT and click ok it dispalys input/ouput error

joan, the reason for that is caused by this "which is hdd password protected". No matter how you try to connect it to your, or any other computer, it will not work. Read more about that on here.

thanx i did the cmos battery thing and it worked!
