Difference between A stock and B stock?

I'm about to order a replacement bottom case for my MacBook Pro Late 2011.

Not sure what the difference is between A and B stock and why is a 14-15"-ish piece of aluminum $150?

As to grading. Think of Miley Cyrus in a hot dress and with make-up. Grade A

Now think of Miley with no make up, zits showing and dressed in a burlap sack. Grade B

Same thing on the inside.
