How can I fix the control dial it will no do anything
Is there anyway I can fix the control dial. The dial turns but does nothing.

Did you try to open it up? The ribbon cable might have slipped out of place. If this was not the case than contact me on twitter @G171Ben

Ribbon cable is disconnected. I see where it needs to go but I can't get it pushed back in. Regular tweezers aren't helping. How can I get it reconnected?
