How to reconnect a nap between the pixel board and the screen?

my AVERATEC N1200 displayed half perfect on left and the other half of the screen to the right blank. then upon diagnosing i realized after taking out the screen that one of the two nap or flat bus (sleeve-cable) on the left connecting the pixel board to the screen was partly piled off from the screen. my concern now is how to reconnect it. i dont want to replace the screen coz i know it was either heated to gum on and conduct or it was heat pressed on. can someone help me out please.
