I cannot send text mesages?
Whenever I try to send a text message, it fails and asks me if I would like to retry. The message never sends no matter how many times I retry.

If you cannot receive or send text messages then there is an issue with the service connected to your device. This could be either a temporary issue with the network or your current location.
