Digitizer input is not correct after replacing the touchscreen

Hi! As you can see in this screenshot i get strange input along vertical grids on the touchscreen. I have already re-assembled the smartphone to check that all connectors are fit nice and proper but now it is even 1 more grid.

Has anyone had the same error and found a way to fix it? Could it be that the replacement touchscreen is defective?
