Remove the dashboard for stereo installation on 1999 Isuzu Trooper?

I currently have the stock radio + 6-disc switcher, but I want to buy an aftermarket system. How do I remove the dash to install it?

Also, if you have any more knowledge, how do I actually install the radio/cd-player? I assume I can figure it out once I have the dash off, but it would be nice to have some answers from someone who knows what they're doing.
