iPad turns off when in sleep mode

After resetting all the device settings, deleting all unused apps, and downloaded media files (movies etc), my iPad Air turns off while in sleep mode (obviously, it turned off on its own before all the actions stated above which Made me reset it, but after cleaning it up, did not expect it will happen again). Has any of you encountered this problem maybe? I would appreciate any help.
