Why does my MacBook Air turns off?

On my MacBook Air, I must use the touchpad all the time. otherwise it turns off within 7 seconds. I spilled soda on it two years ago, so it's probably why " , and . " buttons did not work on the Mac after it.

Is there anyone who can help me? I have no problem with that , and . buttons does not work, but that the machine turns off is very annoying.
