Is there a differance between digitizers for Ipad 1 generation with wifi or one with wifi and cellular data, I'm trying to replace a shattered screen but having trouble finding the correct one, I thought I found one but read a review that stated a ipad with wifi has a different digitizer then a ipad with wifi and cellular data?

No. The digitizer is the same and interchangeable. The only difference is the frame. The cellular digitizer with frame has a little antenna BUT it will still fit in with the wifi version regardless of the little antenna. You can just tuck it in.
Also the replacement screens don't come with these rubber stoppers (you'll have to remove and swap from old frame). They basically keep the digitizer in place and help it from moving.
