If I install something my phone automatically restarts

When i install something my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 gt p3100 automatically restarts after that when i see tthe application which i have i installed is gone this happens when i call someone my phn restart when i run a application my phn restart i cannot even restore and i tried even hard reset although it doesn't work please help me
