Will not turn on after attempting to charge for hours.Battery?

See above, Would this be because the battery is done and if so can it be replaced and for what cost?

So i made my Transformer to start again.

I had to replace the Battery and the Charging port of my device.

There are grat Manuals here on iFixit

does any kind of Button work?
