I mean after LCD or battery replace I need a program or something extra to install the new LCD/battery to work. I reckon if you buy the right part with the same number shall not be a problem.Right?

You should not need any software programs or apps for a new battery or lcd screen to work. If you buy the correct parts and install them correctly then you should have no issues.
If anything, you may have to do a hard reset, but usually if you replace parts with the correct parts it should power on without problems. When looking for parts I try to make sure it is an OEM part.
If you are having troubles getting it to work properly, the part may be faulty or may have a loose or broken connection to the motherboard.
