key pad numbers not all functioning
Recently I replaced the lcd and glass screen. When I powered up the phone I am unable to enter my passcode due to certain numbers not functioning when i key them in.

This is either a defective digitizer, loose cable or a damaged digitizer. Try to replace it and see if it helps.
Unless you mention the model you have, I can't link parts.
