After screen replacement the phone turned on but screen only black.

I was trying to replace a broken screen on my iphone 5s. The first time i put a new screen on and turned it on i got white stripes on the screen. So I opened the phone again to be sure the cables was connected properly, and they were, so i closed the phone and turned it on again, and this time the screen was okey but the touch didn't work. So i opened the phone again and made sure the cables were properly connected, and closed the phone again. Only this time the screen was black and didn't show anything, but the phone vibrates over and over again everytime the charger is connected. I've tried using other screens too, but i always get the same problem.

Do anyone have any tips? i've tried washing the connectors with isopropanol but that didn't change anything, and i can also not see any damage on any of the connectors.
