Auto restarting after battery replacement

My phone battery was extremely bad, lasting 2hrs from full charge. So i went to replace it.

After the replacement, the phone worked fine for a while, then line starting appearing (Kinda retro looking glitchy kind of lines) and now my phone keeps restarting automatically every few minutes.

I have tried resetting the settings and even setting it as a new phone. Even during the setup screen, the issue still persist.

On estimate, the phone resets every 3 mins.
