Hello!
My Oneplus One fell in the bathroom which broke the glass a little bit in the top left corner.And now my touchscreen aint working. Alot of phones still work even with a crack on their screen so my question is. When it fell on the ground did it break my sensor of my phone? And is it replaceable or can I just replace the touchscreen and make it work that way ?

You will have to replace the screen and the LCD. It up is possible to do it at home, you will have to order the parts online. Good luck.

Both Amazon and Ebay would have the parts. Its usually ~$60 (I've replaced it 4 times).
how much will it cost as in total after buying that replacement screen and service charges?

you have to get a micro connector for the phone and then plug a usb mouse into it. you can use a bluetooth mouse to get in. the mouse will work if you have the adaptor. my worked with screen broken. the sensors are not broken, just the haptic (touch sensors) don't work with the broken screen. these one plus models have a more bonded screen than others. sometimes i can turn my upside down and it works. best with mouse connected.

I recently had a similar problem when I dropped my phone on the cement and cracking the glass on the front. My phone still turns on and off fine and the display works fine but there is no touch screen control anymore. After doing a lot of research I have learned that the OnePlus One LCD Screen is sealed to the display cover to provide the clearest picture and sensitivity. Unfortunately this means when it comes to having a cracked screen that you have to replace both in order to regain touch screen use. There are several places you can buy a replacement screen and display but the place I found to be the most trustworthy and timely is on eBay. The part is called LCD Display Touch Screen Digitizer Assembly and comes ready to swap out with your old one after you have disassembled part of your phone. The process for replacing your screen is laid out step by step in a guide on this website. It does require some plastic tools for best results (to prevent damage).

A Tip for Temporary Phone Use:
Assuming the screen still works normally (except for responding to touch) you can still use your phone while it is still cracked by attaching a mouse using a micro usb to usb OTG adapter. The OnePlus One is set up to automatically detect any attached device whether it is a storage device or any type of controller like a mouse or game controller. This feature allows you to use your screen with a mouse control instead of your finger so it is still possible to make calls or respond to texts. This will allow you to at least have basic use of your phone while you decide what to do long term. Trying this will also give you an idea if the Phone has been damaged internally by testing the performance of various apps. Ask if you have any questions.

Just broke the screen of oneplus one and display is working perfectly. Just the touch at some parts is not working. Touch screen is available at lower costs. So can I purchase just the touch screen and change it ?

Touch screen , LCD screen and front glass are already bonded together by strong adhesive when it is made in the factroy. It is hard to separate them only by DIY repair work.
