Bad quality voice after volume button headphone jack replacement

Hi, I have a problem with iphone 4s after changing the flex of the volume button, headphone jack, silent switch and secondary mic, other people hear my voice very bad ..

Someone has already happened and knows how to fix?

The problem seems to lie in the new part installed. The mic on the new flex cable may be defective. There is also a chance that the hole on top of the aluminum housing is clogged with debris.
