Hello wallace chifamba,

Fist thing first,

Turn off the phone ASAP, using force shutdown method. Here

Here is the tear-down guide

thank you, but I don't know where to get isopropyl alcohol and I can't open the phone it's too complicated I'm afraid of making it worse! Isn't there an easier method?

tarafından

In this situation don't find easy method. it will case to end with dead phone.

The only easier method is to use a reputable repair person. I have repaired these phones...I use an iron on a low setting/no steam to melt the adhesive..possibly not everyone's suggestion but it works. Actually removing the motherboard is easy. Putting the new screen in is fiddly. You will need a new screen. Isopropyl can be bought as 70% in "rubbing alcohol" or in first aid section at pharmacy.

So I need to replace motherboard and the screen? Power lights they blink but I can see anything on the screen its just black

Hello wallerd272

it doesn’t make any sense to replacing display and the motherboard so better to buy a new phone. but you can inspect LCD backlight driver section and try to find corroded or burned component or circuit paths, may be LCD flex and the connector also can be damaged. check with microscope or magnifying glass.
