I placed a broke wifi antenna after a digitizer repair. I purchased new wifi antenna installed and it only works if you are right next to router. I got two more antenna's and tried both and I will have the same issue. Any ideas?

Hey jaredsbridges, are you sure you assembled it correctly? Did you try it with different networks other then yours? Click on the link above and try it again. Maybe you might be missing a step.

Yea it's a pretty simple install for the antenna only. Befor repair I could easily see most nearby neighbors networks. Now I can only see mine if I'm right next to it.

Did you try to reset the network settings on the iPad?

Are you sure the wifi connector is connected securerly because when i replaced an iphone 5c wifi antenia i didnt connect it properly giving it a low wifi range, but once i connected it, it work perfectly.
