You certainly can, the ear piece is pretty easy to remove and very cheap to purchase, fixing it is relatively easy to! If you notice in the picture, the ear piece is at the top, and it is under the motherboard, follow a guide to dissemble the phone, and then you can remove the earpiece, be sure to remember the orientation of the ear piece. :-)
