Brake pedal "soft" on my 2002 Ford F150

The brake pedal is soft on my 2002 ford f150. Changed master cylinder, didn't change condition.

You checked all the brake lines and brake calipers as well as pads? what else did you check before change the master cylinder?

Start with the fluid level in the master cylinder and work your way out from there checking lines at abs and working back to all four corners of the truck. Check the rear brake cylinders pull the rubbers bake and check for fluid if there leaking you've found you problem. otherwise look for leaking fluid somewhere else
