I have a Note 3 N9005 which was working perfectly fine until few days back it's display started showing this pattern (as shown in photo). It gets normal, once I restart the phone.
So guys I want to know whether it is a hardware issue or is it some problem with my ROM?
PS. I'm running it on official Lollipop ROM flashed using Odin, but not updated OTA.

That's a hardware issue. Could be the LCD or the ribbon for the screen. Chances are it's the LCD panel. Should be able to find a cheap replacement off ebay.
