Service not supported by other device?

When I want to connect my phone via bluetooth it is not connecting and when i am doing paired device that it is showing "Service not supported by other device"?

How to fix the bug plz help me.

Click on the blue tooth icon. Choose receive a file.

Then send from your phone.
