Should be the same as you HTC Desire 510
All versions of Android I have ran into have the file manager. So the same steps taken in the HTC Desire 510 video should be the same for the HTC Desire 310.
I'll post the same video guide I posted on the HTC Desire 510 post below.
You can use the file manager app to move your pictures or any other files (videos) to your sd.
