I have iPhone 4s when making phone calls i cant hear them and they cant hear me. i have try putting it on loud speaker, but still no luck.
so far i have replaced, microphone, and the speaker.

First you must try call with earphone or BT handset and if no change, the problem is probably the motherboard (audio chip) , have any tone? rings, music in the audio or video recording?? This will be very important answers.

I have tried earphone and BT but still no sound, it does work when playing music and doing recording.

Try replacing the dock connector. That is likely the culprit as corrosion or damage to it can cause the symptoms you are describing.

I have tried that too but still didnt work, i think its the motherboard.
