How to connect led ribbon cable

Hello, I ordered a new screen for my iPhone. I went to install it but the lcd ribbon cable which is believe is #2 ribbon is disconnected. I can put it back in place but the screen does not come on, I'm sure because it isn't pushed against where it is supposed to connect, please tell me this is fixable and what do I use if so.. Such as epoxy glue? Also not the normal end that goes to the motherboard but the opposite side that comes from the Lcd itself, is the possible to put back in place
