Running SKYGO on my TAB PRO 10.1

My new tablet cannot run sky go from my BT broadband hub but if I tether it to my iPhone it runs perfectly. I have been passed around from SKY, BT and GALAXY SUPPORT for 4 days and PL world even replaced the tablet
